| About the Developer: |
Hans Berger, has been a “fore-runner” in the construction industry for over five decades. He’s been called a “visionary” when it comes to property development. Hans was instrumental in forming numerous companies including Central City Homes (1976) Ltd., the parent company of Mission Meadows Development Corp. Hans has served as President for both Okanagan Builders and Land Development Ltd. And HUDAC (National Director and founder of the original home warranty program), and contributed towards the development of the City of Kelowna by his appointment to the zoning advisory board.
Don Lloyd, has been in real estate sales and development in B.C.’s Okanagan Valley since 1973, many in partnerships with Kelowna developer, Hans Berger, Central City Homes (1976) Ltd. Under the umbrella of C21 Development Group, current projects include a 51 lot subdivision in O.K. Falls, a 39 lot subdivision in Penticton, a 252 suite condo project in Kelowna, a 35 suite project on Tu-El-Nuit Lake, Oliver, a 40,000 square foot shopping centre in Osoyoos and a 10 acre commercial/residential project in Vernon. He has also served as a director on the South Okanagan Real Estate Board.
